RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love your Anbel Jewelry.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale and personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
Before returning an item, please contact us at ventas@anbel.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is authorized, we will provide return instructions.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for Anbel Jewelry to inspect and process your return. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to an error by Anbel Jewelry or an item received damaged or defective.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at ventas@anbel.net with your order number and photographs of the item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
One-Year Limited Warranty
Anbel Jewelry offers a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning on the original date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, loss, improper care or storage, misuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations, or damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, water exposure, or other external factors.
Natural stones, including Larimar, may vary in color, pattern, markings, and appearance. These natural characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Warranty claims are evaluated individually. Proof of purchase may be required.

If you would like a different item, please contact ventas@anbel.net before returning your purchase so we can determine the best available option.
